CSUF is California’s largest university with a record fall enrollment of 37,000 students. Some 2,456 are communications majors where 706 are pursuing public relations; 658 advertising; 480 journalism; 393 entertainment students; and 86 photocommunications. About 133 are enrolled in the graduate program.

Communications continues to be the first major of choice for freshmen and transfer students.
