Two CSUF public relations students were honored for their achievements and received awards at the Hispanic Public Relations Association’s Annual Premio Awards & Scholarship Banquet at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in October 2007.

Newspaper columnist and author, Gustavo Arellano, presented a scholarship to Cecilia Chavez (Public Relations ’08) and the 2007 Outstanding Student award to Mary Lou Pinedo (Public Relations ’08).
